Beaverton Real Estate Market Climbs to Contracts Record | Published: 6/12/2016 | Homesnap Real...

There were 119 homes sold in the Beaverton market over the last 30 days, prolonging a six-week trend. With a record 188 contracts executed, the highest amount since September, that trend should continue to strengthen. In comparison, Portland had 1,137 contracts executed in the same time frame, the most of all nearby municipalities. The median sales price climbed to $327,000, up from last week's $310,000. Despite the slip in sales, a relatively low one month of inventory indicates that Beaverton is a strong seller's market.
